• This Café In The VIP Area Serves Good South Indian

    In the Lutyen’s Delhi, just a few meters away from Rashtrapati Bhawan, in middle of where Members of Parliament or Ministers reside, there is this Mysore Café !! This outlet is serving some authentic, no-nonsense, rustic South Indian fare. Last weekend, we visited this place and savoured our breakfast comprising Sambar Vada, Set Dosa and Mysore Masala Dosa, of course with a cup of Filter Coffee.   • Street Food Breakfast In Faridabad You Would Love

    Come winters and we Delhiites start craving for hot breakfast options within the city and around. Faridabad is an adjoining town of Delhi, a part of NCR and the perception is that not many options are available there for breakfast. In my earlier blogpost I had talked about two good breakfast options in Faridabad. Today, we explored a few more, taking the count to five. We had a sort of three-course breakfast comprising Fruits, Kachori Subzi and Chhole Bhature. These too are street food and yet amazingly tasty.   • Food At Amar Jyoti In Sarojini Market Is A Food Lovers’ Delight

    A couple of posts on social media introduced me to this non-descriptive Amar Jyoti Restaurant in Sarojini Nagar, Delhi. So, we decided to have our customary year-end lunch here. We reached the Sarojini Nagar Market and… Oh God !! Did I commit a blunder? Scared and navigating our way, four of us reached the almost rear end of the market. But man, once on the table, we forgot all our fear for what a great lunch we had. Amazing Chicken Tikka, Juicy Mutton Seekh Kebabs, Keema Meat, Butter Chicken, a divine Dal Makhani and some Breads.
